Our congress is going to take place in the Raif Rauf Denktaş Congress Center in Famagusta, TRNC. The facility which is valued as the biggest and most equipped congress center within the boundaries of the TRNC is located 500 meters away from the seashore approximately right next to the EMU Beach Club. English and Turkish sessions will be held in two different halls found in the building.

The period of time between the 19th and the 21st of May is within the designated dates of the annual EMU Spring Festival. During this time various concerts and activities will take place in the campus thus our participants will have the opportunity to participate in all of the events. Furthermore, the participants will have the opportunity to obtain different kinds of food and beverage from the kiosks within the festival area for dinner which is not included in the participation fees for the congress.
